Are all products on bomb.ae 100% original and authentic?
Yes. Bomb Cosmetics U.A.E is the exclusive authorized distributor of Bomb Cosmetics UK across the U.A.E. Every item is handmade in the UK, using natural ingredients and essential oils, and imported directly by us. No grey market or reseller stock.
Where do you deliver in the U.A.E?
We deliver nationwide across all seven Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain — to homes, offices, and hotels. See current coverage and fees on our Delivery Information.
How long does delivery take?
Dubai & Sharjah: with in 3 working days. Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates: 2–3 working days. Orders placed before 2 PM are usually processed the same day and sent out for delivery the next day. Express same-day delivery may be available only for Dubai & Abudhabi emirates for an extra charges.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes — flat fee from AED 15 (varies by area and service). Enjoy FREE delivery on orders above AED 100. Final fees are shown at checkout.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. We accept Cash on Delivery, major credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay. Online payments are 100% secure via our PCI-compliant partners.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via support@bomb.ae or WhatsApp. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly after verification.
Can I return or exchange an item?
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics can’t be returned. Unopened items may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of delivery. Start a request via Returns & Exchanges.
Are your products cruelty-free and suitable for vegetarians?
Yes. Bomb Cosmetics never tests on animals, and our formulations are vegetarian-friendly. We prioritize ethical sourcing and eco-aware packaging.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are crafted with gentle, natural ingredients and essential oils. If you have highly sensitive skin, please patch test first and review the full ingredient list on each product page.
Do you offer gift wrapping or custom gift packs?

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an SMS/email with tracking once your parcel ships. You can also log into your account to check status anytime.
Do you have physical stores I can visit?
Yes—visit us at The Dubai Mall (First Floor) and Reem Mall – Abu Dhabi. Store stock and timings may vary—check Store Locations.
Do you ship outside the U.A.E?
